ditto, getting similar mileage, probably have similar riding habits as well

I've tried Avons, Metzlers & Dunlops, but prefer Avons because I get better traction in wet conditions. Hope this helps.

Have always been an aggressive rider and used a lot of different tires mixed and matched on my bikes.Never lost traction in turns on any of them.Always grind the metal away on both sides long before any slipping and sliding occurs.

Which tire is best probably depends on what year model bike your riding. I've listened to 32 years of complaints on the stock Goldwing tires. The first 2 Harley's I've owned, the story was pretty much the same.

The quality issues are gone and along with much higher mileage on my '09 Ultra Classic OEM D407/D408 tires, Dunlop seems to have finally come around with a much better tire.

As long as they continue to make tires this good, I will stay with the Dunlop brand.

I am surprised my favorite Metzeler has as many votes as they do. I was thinking I was one of a few who had experienced great performance out of them. No tracking, stable and wear as well as the Dunlops owned.

Having said that.........would still like to try the E3's and hope they come in WWW someday.
