Default Which Tire is Best?

Seeing some tire questions show up. Which tires do you have experience with?

What kind of mileage did you get?

What was the ride, grip? Good Bad Ugly

Other comments?

I have only ran the stock dumblaps and the Pirelli Night Dragon, the stock tires were ok, but the Pirelli would of run circles around the stocker as far as grip, wet traction, braking control and mileage.
I just picked my bike up from the shop and have a new tire for the rear now, it is the Screamin Eagle dumblap, I am gonna try it (could not beat it for the price)
Here is the review I wrote on the Pirelli Night Dragon

I tried a Metzler and wasn't happy. At hotter temps (80+ deg.) it was okay. At temps. below 80 the tire would slip in turns as you applied power. I replaced it after 3,000 miles. I've never been able to over power Dunlops.

I run Dunlops on my Fattie. 3rd one on the rear and 2nd on the front. They roll.

Hope you get better results than I did. I put a Screaming on my Low Rider in 2007. I didn't get 4,000 miles. It is a softer tire.

I need a New Rear on my 2007 Heritage. I have only used Dunlops. Want to get something with a little more mileage.

I'm on my third rear(getting close for another) and two fronts. I've averaged about 16k per rear and got around 32k on my first front and I didn't let them get to worn either. I've been running Dunlop 402's since the bike was new and don't see any reason to change.
