Does anyone know a source for short-billed (less than 2-1/2") caps? I have some Stingy Brim caps but the bills have no stiffness to them and they blow around. I found one at a dealer, but it was olive drab and looked like Fidel's cap. Thanks.

Try a welding shop! They have short billed caps, keeps the sparks and slag off your noggin when weldin.

I make 'em by cutting the stitches off the end of the bill, peeling the cloth back, cutting the plastic or cardboard inner piece to length, and then using hot glue to refasten the cloth cover.
