The Made in America mantra never matter much to me. Almost everything is sourced globally nowadays. I'd rather see Harley build bikes in India than not at all. And besides, profits will still be taken in the US. Only question I have is if the India bikes have the same build quality.

Your H-D will still be made in USA, they are going to make bikes in India to be sold in India.

india has over 1 billion people. it's a market that cannot be ignored. a billion is 1000 million.

I don't know what its called but it was at a stop somewhere in the Black Hills on a Sturgis trip. Are you talking about Confederate Ridge in VA? I Googled it and that came up.

No, they are not going to make the bikes in India. The bikes will be made in the USA. Final assembly will occur in India to avoid some of the taxes for importing to their country. Currently they are 95% made in the USA. So with final assembly in India it'll be down to what? Still means jobs and work for the USA.
