Hello all,

I had a really bad experience with DNA wheels, the manufactor. I have a spoke wheel that has failed....horribly !! I am so glad....I'm here to see another day !!

But get this I called DNA ....and basically they told me to...go play on the freeway...they wasn't going to help and in some cases...taunted me !!

So, anyone having any wheel issues with a DNA spoke wheel with any kind of malfuction, please send an email to jeffrey.price@dot.gov. Since DNA is not interested in ....ethics. I have to look out for the lives of my fellow bikers... !!

Seen quite a few posts where DNA was to be avoided.
I think DR. V-TWIN, (Drew) stated they still owed him money from when he did business with them.

 

Good to know...I'm constantly amazed at the lack of ethics today. I have a neighbor that was vey successful in his business. He told me the secret was just to tell people what you are going to do, AND DO IT. Sounds simple enough to me. I told him, that in my business dealings if I Get good results in a deal, I'll tell everybody. When I find a business that doesn't live up to their word, the same is true...I'll tell everybody.
