I wonder if this is true. I looked at Boone & Davis' web site and from the BS they have on there about helmet laws, I wouldn't doubt it. BUT, this is the kind of suit where attorneys not only waste money, but get sanctioned by the court and pay fines for filing a frivolous suit. Here in Kentucky, there is no way you could get this as far as even requiring the other side to answer the complaint.

These guys claim to specialize in representing motorcycle riders, so hopefully this will hurt their business and people will let them know it.

These "anything for a buck" and "we have to protect people from themselves because they are to stupid to make their own decisions" types run rampart in the far left liberal ranks. Personal liberties be damned... they know what's best for everyone. Well, I have no sympathy for anyone affected by them now or in the future... the American people had a great opportunity to stop this type of behavior, but failed miserably by reelecting 83% of sitting incumbents in the last election cycle. These types of attorneys will continue to be immoral and unethical as long as the regulators allow them... we as citizens cannot continue to do the same thing over and over and expect to get different results... the American public as a whole is lazy and ignorant and allows these bottom feeders to continue practicing as they wish without impunity.

Ok, I might be mistaken, but accordingto FL law you do not have to wear a helmet over the age of 21 as long as you have medical ins. coverage. So, if the rider was riding with no helmet and had no med. ins. he was in fact breaking the law. I did not see that mentioned in the article.

**** like that does happen. I work for a city that got sued for trying to be nice. A single mom was pulled over for borderline DUI - just at the limit .08 - and talked the officers into giving her a ride home because she was a single mother and it would devastate her if she got busted for DUI. They felt compassion for her and drover her home - but took her car keys. About an hour later the gal got her backup set of keys and went out and got her car and got into an accident on her way back home. She sued the city because if she was arrested the first time she would never have wrecked her car. She won in court and the city has a new policy of never cutting anyone a break anymore. Thanks a lot bitch!

It died with America. To keep the masses in line, sweeping global laws will be inflicted on We The People until there are only slaves and terrorists here.
