Very cool...I'm diggin it.
By the way...the H-D Museum sells a black-visored version with a white rope. Not sure how much, but I remember it wasn't cheap.

Just started wearing my dads old leather hat. Working at changing the size of my grampas black with black visor and white rope so that I can wear that when I want too. Don't really care if it looks gay or not they were good enough for them and they protect my head from the sun. That little visor actually does help with the sun.

Neat Lid! Which one should I wear today.......The only thing with new one is you are going to have to drag it behind the PU for a week to antique it..

Amen to that. Actually had one of those white ones when I was just a kid, maybe 11 years old. Dad bought it for me at the Harley shop.
People now days have no respect for nostalgia. Doesn't matter that current trends might not exist had it not been for all those things back then.

Here's a pic of my Dad as a motorcop in the '50's. Wearing his Police Cap, he hated helmets and only wore one when he was forced to in the late 60's.
To those that worry about the HD hat blowing off, I don't remember him ever saying he had to turn around and go back and get his.

Why is it that if you ride with your pants tucked into your tall boots today, it's assumed you're gay. A nostalgic look deserves more respect.
