It is a very nice jacket.
Thats what I did too. Also picked up one for the wife off of Craigslist that still had the tags on it for $250. They seem to be good quality, nice leather, no huge logos, a great jacket for that price. Not sure I'd give them $600+ though...

I've got a Harley jacket, and the logo on the back doesn't bother me one bit. It's a great jacket and that's what's important to me.

The clothing line sells to non-riders more than to those of use needing a utility jacket to ride. In the Virginia Beach to Kitty Hawk area, the biker boutique's make more of a killing to the beach tourists. There are just a few I like, but mostly I wear my DOD Bomber jacket I got from a long foregotten deployment.

With the exception of tee shirts, I don't buy gear branded with company logos.

I recently bought the new H-D Iron Bound leather jacket. I wasn't real crazy about the logo on the back but the jacket looks good, fits great, the quality is good, and I saved about 30% through an on-line purchase. I don't have any problem with logos as long as they're tasteful. I'm proud of my Harley and don't mind if people know it.

I think I have the same jacket. I got 40% off on mine through a shop and pop sale (balloons with discount coupons inside) at the dealer. The logo is a bit large but it is subtle enough it doesn't jump out at you.

I agree with dortiz, there are a lot of choices out there. I bought my HD limited edition jacket for the fit, the quality, and the logo on the back.
The only things that I don't like are the fact that it was not made in the USA, as is the same with many HD accessories, and my real bitch is that there is no room on the back for that big a$$ed HD patch that I wanted to put on it !!!!
