spoiled I am
Been looking for a second bike, a jet around
town kind of bike. I have an eye for the bobber
type (Brass Ball) if cash were flowing in buckets.
Anyway I found a 2004 1200c Sportster that is
priced to sell and checked it out. I AM SPOILED
and will freely admit it, I forgot how top-heavy
a sportster is and the amount of breeze when
cruising. I got back on my geezer glide and smiled
all the way home after an extended ride to get
there, anybody else willing to admit how spoiled
you may have gotten over the years.

Are you talking spoiled from riding your geezer ride?Your just not a kid anymore.I remember my first new Harley,a 1971 Sportster XLCH, rode it no windshield,no problem, was quite comfortable on it.Now I'll stick to a geezer ride also.

I waited until the kids were grown and my wife and I retired. Now with five bikes, five sports cars and a 1,500 sq. ft. garage to keep them, I think that I have come close to that condition.

Once you spend some time on a bike with a windshield, cushy seat and a stereo, it's hard to go back. Sometimes i take the windshield off my Heritage, but all it takes is a few miles over 55 mph to realize it just ain't that much fun anymore.
