I found a message board that is local here in Bakersfield, and it looks like it was started in march, but no one has really joined it, until I joined about 5 min. ago. It ould be a cool place for locals to post messages.

As I mentioned in your "new member" thread, I am only a couple hours from Bakersfield, but I ride Kernville, Lake Isabella, Calliente-Bodfish often, and we can meet/ride out that way. These are some great roads out that way, and some good eats too!
