Too much. Not done yet either. Heads being done and boring to 95" next week (actually next 2 weeks, not counting shipping time).

Over $5000.... Miracle my wife hasn't killed me in my sleep. Besides numerous upgrades (pegs, levers, mirrors, etc.), the big hitters were a PCIII, dyno tune and mapping; C & C seat; and have Fat Daddy rims, Metzeler tires, rotors and pulley on the way. Pictures coming once bike is back together.

My wife and I both ride 2008 Street Glides. My winter project(s) was to take them apart and take off the inner fairings. I finally broke down and bought the service manual and then I bought some tools to do it too. That came to about $130. It cost $125 per fairing to get them painted gloss black by a local painter. While we had the fairings off we replaced the stock SG gauges with the Titanium gauges ($300) and new speakers ($125). That is all my wife did to hers. I replaced the saddle bag latches with chrome latches ($130) and replaced two pieces of heat shield chrome to get rid of that gap in the exhaust. ($150 for the two pieces) and put a Harley Hammock seat on mine ($380). I also installed new chrome switch covers and chrome bolts ($45) and new chrome hand levers ($125). Considering I did all the work myself and got the fairings painted so cheap, we saved alot of money there. Also we bought almost all of the parts from Zanotti's and saved a ton of money doing that. So I think we are done for now. We plan on selling the old gauges and a few of the other parts to help cover some of it anyway. The projects are done, everything is installed and now we are just waiting on the weather to cooperate so we can ride. We plan on selling the gauges and some of the old parts to recover some of the money, but all in all, it was a good winter. Now we just need spring and summer to get here. Come on summer............
