Debt can work for you depending on what tax bracket you're in. Obama may change this eventually, but my cpa told me to NOT pay off my mortgage early. You can lower your tax burden if using debt correctly sir. thanks for your service btw.

Well got a refi at 5 years $411 6.5% Beats the 7 years $384 at 10.75% i think.
Not that great with numbers.

If you have great credit why are you paying 10.75% interest?

Good question, last i looked, a couple weeks ago. My score was 760 but, i have a lot of money out there. I think i should have looked for a better rate instead of going to the closest harley to me. My Bad.
