Will heritage style 56902-08 work on pre-08 bikes?

Interesting. Is that particular bar in those dimensions only available in polished stainless, or is there a chrome version as well? If not, does anyone know a chrome bar with similar specs?

It seems that in most of the pics I see of these bars on Road Kings, they are pulled back pretty significantly. Don't really care for the look of it, but I am afraid that it is necessary in order to obtain a natural wrist position. Does anyone have Heritage style bars on a king with the bars in line with the forks? If so, how is the sitting/riding position? Any pics?

I don't remember what part number was which, but If they are the straight up and down ones they will definitely fit. I have them on a 1998 rk. If they are the ones and pull back torward the rider I still don't see why they wouldn't work.although I don't remember mine being tbw.
Also If you look on ebay or other sites you may be able to find a set of bars that look identical for way cheaper. I think I paid 90 for mine from the dealer and my buddy got a set identical for about 40-50bucks/
Mine are 56569-09 . I don't see why the throttle by wire would be a big deal though. Sorry I can't give an exact answer
