Default Will heritage style 56902-08 work on pre-08 bikes?

I know they are notched for TBW, but is there something about them that makes them incompatible with earlier models. Specifically, a 2004 Road King?

Why not try running the numbers thru HD first. Here is what they have
Heritage Style Handlebar - Polished

Designed to provide extra touring comfort for the Road King® or Road Glide® rider, this 1" diameter polished stainless steel bar has 3" more pullback compared to the stock Road King® handlebar.

I suppose if you wanted you could make anything fit even when the catalog says no.

Half the stuff on my bike is not supposed to fit. A little patience, allot of brute force, and a BFH is normally all that is required.

+1 I just put some on my 06 Road King with no problem. I didn't have to alter anything. It was just a straight forward bar swap.
