I'm 41. I ride a FXD, basically. The last time I had a bike was in '94, and it was a Sportster. I like what I have, and I'm not sure I'll ever graduate to something more appropriate. My brotherinlaw, when he heard I was going to join him in riding, suggested I'd be happiest on a bagger. I just couldn't do it. Guess I'm more of a Super Glide kind of guy. Maybe if I'm ever able to ride one, I might move up to a Fatboy.

When I was in my 20's I wouldn't even think about riding anything with bags and/or windshield. The bags started to sound a little better (for the practicality of it) in my 30's. And then in my mid 40's broke down and bought a Heritage FLSTC and took the windshield off. Now in my mid 50's put the windshield back on and have even toyed around the thought of a bagger. One never knows what the future holds.

I'm 37 and now own a 2012 Road King. I've wanted a Road King since they first came out back in i think '94? My first Harley was almost an old FLHS but the deal fell through. So, i ended up with a Superglide. Fantastic bike but it was never really "me". A friend of mine recently commented about my new bagger that i was now official an old man lol.

I'm gonna turn 58 and can really say, I have enjoyed motorcycling ever since that 1968 BSA I bought in 1970, the main reason was the fun factor. I have built 2 customs, but after the evo came out, I really liked the FX line.
I have a FXSTSI, FXSTDI & FXSTC and they are all a blast. I have ridden a few gizzer glides and to be honest, I did not care for the way the looked compared to my custom FX, so it is preferance.
But then again I just bought a Victory Jackpot, now we are talking custom.
My fanatasy bikes are a FXSTSSE3 and a FXDSE. But they need to come down in price.
