i'm using a combination of the new hd plastic razor blade, and some goo gone......

 

So whats happened with the thickness. Our first ones had a very thin liner and I saw pics of a much thicker version. Almost like The ACC thing where the first ones maybe were not right.
Anyone know the story with the consistency on that?

 

That's crazy about the finish coming off. Sorry you are having trouble with yours. I thought we got hot here in middle tennessee but I have never had anything like this happen lol. After a summer of riding with mine I have no complaints at all. The more I ride with it the softer the straps have become and the better it has kind of formed to my head. I liked it so much that I bought the wife one, she also love hers.
