on the race track quite often "pit IN" is right after a pretty fast corner and if we're still in the "race line" , we stick our foot out to signal that we're coming off the track.

Oh, I am waving all the time. When I can't wave, I ask them for their street adress and send them a christmas card. But only if they wear full face helmet and don't speed. I do that with every brand, be it a HD or a Vespan, and i would like to..... Ah, who am I kidding?

Who the fugg cares?

Screw Nod. I like Winken and Blinken. They could kick Nod's ***.

I think you did the correct thing.
When I get passed on the freeway (OldMike goes slow) sometimes they have a hand out as they pass and I've tooted, no nod just a toot.

I'm a nodder mainly when I'm going through the gears. Otherwise I'm a waver.

This is my first nod thread, soon to out number the wave threads when it catches on.

I put a hand out to almost any bike, kinda feel bad at times for obvious newbies that wave and put their hands back on the bars in about 1.5 seconds or less. If I wave and you don't wave back, no prob, I won't flip you off. Sometimes when riding I'm in the zen, and not really paying attention to waves and such, more into the ride than being social. Not trying to be anti-social, just doing my therapy!
