Thumbs up school daze

Had the day off from work so I thought my son might get a kick out of it if I picked him up from school on the RK. The school is a few blocks away and he's in the 5th grade. You would've thought he was on a parade float the way he was waving to everyone! I think think he liked it.

I love riding up to the school to pick up my 9 year old boy, he eats it up. He thinks it's really cool now, because my wife rides her bike too.

Was just in your neck of the woods a couple of weeks ago. Stopped in at Texas Harley and the demo truck happened to be there. That's some scary *** traffic to test ride a bike in!

I took my daughter to school on her birthday (13)

she had me pull around to where all the kids wait for the bell, so "everyone" saw her. Have to be honest, I was just as happy for all those little boys to see her dad on his harley

To school kids...motorcycles are way too cool. Geez...guess that makes me a school kid.

Good fun. All of my kids like that except my middle school daughter. It's just too conspicuous for her. My elementary kids love it, and my HS daughter does too.

The first time I picked my son up from his aftercare a few years ago the whole bunch of them, including the adults, came out to watch. I loaded him up on the back of the RK and off we went, him hollering and waving all the way out of the parking lot.

My son has cerebral palsy.

My brother has picked up his son at school, getting an ego boost is good cause he's on the small side and being in junior high is tough enough.

That's cool. My kid was embarrassed to b e driven on a bike. He rather go by car. He will go on a bike with me to Bike Nights at a drop the hat, just not to school
