Man, that sucks . .hope you're ok.
In the little town where I live there's a stopsign that gets blown (at 30mph) probably 50% of the time . .blows my mind everytime I'm sitting there at the stop (4 way) and see it happen.

Wow...I'm assuming you're ok because at least you can post this. I hope you don't have any problems w/the insurance.

A judge or jury will throw it out because the "stop" sign wasn't in his native language. That's how it works now.

You're 1 lucky SOB! Hope all is medically OK. The bike can always be fixed, you, not so easily. Stop signs, red lights, all that crap is meaningless. I recently found myself not paying attention while stopped at an intersection and looked up to the sound of 2 cars colliding right in front of me.

Since the driver 'didn't speak a lick of english' you'll be lucky if he has insurance. I'd guess he doesn't have a driver's license either.
