It is a Sporster I assume.......there is a Sportster specific section under motorcycles here on hdf. You will find helpful people all over the site but I'll bet the guys there will have lots of info for you.

If your lookin' for a lil more bark when you twist the wick, Than corn hole them with a 1 inch hole saw strait up the center of the mufflers. They will still have some noise supression but will have more thump.
Total cost would be $20 for the bit extension & the hole saw!
Hatch.

Just don't do it when it's hot, you'll burn your junk.

First decide if you want performance, sound or looks. Then go from there.

Default Thanks

Thanks for all the info. I will definetley check out the sporster section of the forum. So I guess a little more info would have helped. It's a 95 Sporster 1200. It's got cams, ported and polished heads, k&n filter, the motor was just redone costing $3500. The bad the paint is horendous! Whoever painted the bike used like a gel coat for boats as a base coat and it's wavey and just not very good. The reason I ask about the exhaust is because there's a after market one on there I would say or maybe it's stock because they did punch out the holes up the middle but in the shape I got it the actual mufflers are gone. So I can see the holes but like half way up the exhaust is complete with heat shields ect.. Maybe in the sporster section I can fig out what I need to just complete the exhaust that's on it. I bet it's the stock exhaust and someone punched the holes in it and somehow lost the slip on mufflers. Thanks for the help, so much! I got a day of internet hunting and spending a couple thousand.
