I don't use anything until its time for storage then i use Sta-bil fuel stabilizer. I have never had any problems with carbureted or injected bikes. I rarely burn ethanol fuel & never store my bike with it

I'm surprised the MoCo has not packaged up some fuel injected cleaner and sold it at $20 bucks a bottle. But no I don't add anything other than Stabil in the winter.

I am sold on Seafoam. 4 years ago when I started riding again I bought a small Yamaha carb bike that had been sitting for over 2 years. It had an unbearable bog. I took it to the dealer to get the carb cleaned and the bike tuned, the guy behind the counter said "save your money" and pointed to the Seafoam. Put half a can of that in and fill the bike with premium and ride it. I did, rode it 15 mile home and when I got home the little bike was running like a champ.

I use Marine Stabil in the Winter which has fuel systems detergent in it. I also use either gumout, redline SI1, or techron which ever is cheaper and on sale 2x each season. EFI systems will go a long time as long as they are kept clean. Once they get fouled you have nothing but hard start and surging issues which are a real PITA. One bottle of Redline SI1 which is 100% gasoline detergent will treat 100 gallons of gas. Cost $10.
