Default What is it??
2007 Ultra...sert...se air cleaner. There is a wire behind the air cleaner that is not hooked up to anything. What is/was it for.

That wire is for a solenoid operated trap door on international (HDI) models.
Not used on domestic models.

Never could figure out why some people feel compelled to show their ignorance by replying to posts with their stupidity. They must think they are entertaining. This forum used to be a good source of information. Not so much anymore

I can't figure out why some people take themselves serious as a heart attack.

The mix of good humor and info is what makes this site one of the few worth hanging out on.

That is the serious reply wire, hence why it is not attached to anything.
