Motorcycle lift tables
I have been toying around the idea of buying a motorcycle lift table
here is a link to one I have found
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=94121
I know there are many more out there up to $1500.00
so what have you seen and used or do you have one ?
I have a Lift Jack but what I want is a lift table

RE: Motorcycle lift tables
Harbor Freight isn't well known for high quality products. So before I would get one, I would VERY carefully inspect one to make sure its adaquite for yourrequirments.
If you can compare one of theirs to a known brand you would be able to see what I'm taking about.
Not to say everythging they sell is junk, but most of it is not first class stuff that's for sure.
Just beware, you usually get what you pay for, and if anything seems to be reallycheap, there's usually a good reason for it.

i would take a long look at this lift from harbor freight, dont know if i would put my scoot on it, as a auto tech for 30 years i have bought some harbor freight tools only because of the price, and got just what i paid for(junk). buy a quality lift if you dont want to drop your bike.. mac tools has a good lift, contact a mac toold distribtor in your neighborhood. just my opinion

i own one and it does the job quite well then again i'm not a repair shop and it does'nt go up and down 20 times a day! for casual use it is worth the $299.00 IMHO but i did change the wheel clamp the one it comes with does kinda stink! i bought a wheel chock from greg smith equip. in delaware. he also sells good lifts but for more $ heres his site www.gregsmithequipment.com

I have the B.O.B 1500, it was a little expensive when I bought it about 3 years ago, I think they are below $1000 now. Very good table and haven't regret it at all.
