Default Making Lemonade out of Lemons...

Took the fairing the insurance company let me keep from my wreck last October and finally got around to doing something with it. Had to customize some brackets out of both aluminum and copper to hold the light. I used only the preformed screw holes on the inside of the fairing to mount the light and fabricate leveling wall mount brackets. Took the light out of an old Christmas yard ornament and installed it into the headlight housing, slightly used trim ring from my local INDY, all told $45 in parts/materials.

Now I have some unique wall art for the Man Cave.

oh come on, put an outlet behind the faring so you don't see the wire!
Otherwise looks awesome!

Well, they look better on the wall than they do on a bike!

Looks awesome, I might have tried a clock first, but the light is great.

Pretty cool. Now you can do "mods" to your wall art, like adding neon auxiliary lights. (o:

agreed . . . to add to the "unique factor" a clock might have been better
