Anyone walk into the dealership 45 mins before closing?
And be treated like a leper?
I mean, I realize the guys gotta close, but 45 mins before they shut the door doesn't seem insensitive to me. Hell, 5 mins before they close is still technically something they have to live with.
I've encountered this at 3 dealerships in the L.A. area so far.

45 minutes is a bit excessive..........but I agree with people thinking they should be waited on hand and foot right before closing...........
More than likely, the position they hold is a JOB to them..not a career. They could care less about what you need or what, all they want to do is get home and drink.

Self-absorbed people in L.A.. Is that unusual?
Here in WI, the owner's daughter, and my salesman, met me 3 hours after closing on a Saturday afternoon. They arranged financing and sold me my 8 year old used bike.
They treated me like I just bought a new CVO , even though I bought used. It was in the dead of Winter, in WI and they needed the sale, but still.
Kudos to Racine HD. Nice people make the Winters bearable.

I'm wondering what you guys expect when entering a dealership!? If every time I walked in, I had a salesman breathing down my neck, I'd never go back. If I need help with something...I'll ask.
