Default Bikini Car Wash... Nope!

Went for a ride over to my favorite dealer Saturday since there was free food, music, and I had a rare few hours. I knew they typically have some chicks in bikini tops washing bikes and mine is pretty dirty and covered with bugs, so I thought maybe I would let them wash it and donate to the charity.

So I am hanging out and watching bikes and people come and go and I see the girls (and some guys) washing a few bikes. Hoses with lots of water directly on fairings (the back side), sponges dropped and picked up and then continue wiping down the bike, the same soapy water used on several bikes, etc.

I am thinking, I wouldn't even let them wash my car like that. I was real glad I wasn't in a hurry to get the wash and that I had watched for a bit. (Probably from reading posts on here where guys say the same things happen at their dealerships.)

Needless to say, my bike is still dirty and has the bugs on it. I know, it's a Harley and it's made to ride in the rain, etc. Just seems silly to me that some folks would have no more sense than to wash a bike like that. I sure wasn't going to let them scrub on mine with parking lot dirt and junk in the sponges and rags.

I walked over and gave the $10 to them for their charity and skipped the wash. I figured it was fair for me watching several cuties spray each other for a while.

I've done similar, paid them to not wash mine if it is for a good cause.

They may look good but I'll do my own washing.

Doesn't hurt to look, but it stops there.

Sounds like they should have called the event a Bikini Wet Sand.

Yes the bikini bike wash chicks look good & everything but they can't wash ****. Had mine done once just so I could say I had it done, they let soap dry on the paint & chrome and get baked on by the sun - never again. My advice to those who haven't had it done yet - it ain't worth it. Just as much fun to sit & watch them fugup someone else's bike.

Side note.....

ChickinonaChain,

Impressive post count sir. I did the math and you have to average ~65 posts a day to get that many since December. This man must be retired.......
