Default question about speedomter & tach gauges

thinking about sending the gauges to have the led color changed on my 2010 streetglide. can I still ride without these gauges without harming anything? thanks

I don't know about 2010 models but with 2012's if there is an odometer mileage discrepancy between the speedo and ECM, you'll receive an error on your speedo that you cannot clear. Dealer may be able to do it but I doubt it'll be free.

Probably won't hurt anything, but you'll have a bike with "true mileage unknown", as they like to say in the DMV. Unless you ride all year round, maybe wait until winter.
