Default Throttle Stuck...brakes wouldn't engage

Well as I was riding to work today and coming upon the entrance to work the throttle decided to stick and brakes didn't want to seem to work...damn bike passed up the entry to the office.

20 miles or so later I find myself sitting at an old train station converted to a coffee and donut shop in the middle of nowhere. Just starring at the bike wondering what happened.

That's freaking amazing! How in hell did you find a place in WI that doesn't sell beer?! Wish my bike would act up like that once in a while.

Yep, my bike does that almost everyday. It takes 100 miles to run a 10 mile errand.

Dam I hate when that happens....I'm usually able to gain control at about my favorite Taco stand. Seems if I let the bike cool down for about 30 minutes, all is fine...go figure.

Mine seems to do that when my wife sends me on a quick trip to the store for mile or something. And I tend to get lost and take a while to find my way home.

I think it has something to do with the kamuter valve. Mine don't like to just commute so the komuter valve sticks causing the throttle to stick and brakes to malfunction. The cost of a komuter valve far outweighs the benifits though.

A sticking throttle is bad enough, but, failed brakes is just down right dangerous! Time for some synthetic lube for the driver!! Coffee and donuts are only a temporary fix!

Hey, mine does that too, and stops only when it's almost outta gas. Sometimes it lasts the better part of a week.

I'm not gonna fix it.

My bike did the same damn thing a couple of weeks ago. Just so happens I found the perfect place to think about the situation.
