I have the same combination and very happy with them, but didn't get the BAL-1 for your bargain price.

Another BAL fan. Sucker keeps people WAY back. Don't know about the other but the BAL has multiple settings that can be set to down right annoying. Super bright light and well worth the money. You can shop around and find it a bit cheaper. Matter of fact got mine at a great price from a forum member in the classifieds here.

I went with Custom Dynamics and they are plenty bright for me and my taste.....But, those BAL's are as bright as the sun....WHOAAAA.

My price was for the BAL-S3 (touring model). Did not see anything below $249.
Thanks for feedback.

I've got a Custom Dynamics, which I bought to replace a Kuryakyn Panecea that had a weird flickering issue. Plenty bright, much nicer than the Kury.

I'm very pleased with the BAL but I have the red lens. If I have no one stopped behind me at a light I'll blip the brake momentarily while an approaching car is a ways off and they seem to stop well behind me.

BAL-1 x2. I got one for my scoot and wife's as well. We use Custom Dynamics for the turn signals.

BAL-1R on my 2013 RK. $180 (10% discount). There is nothing that compares to a BAL. They are the brightest tail/brake lights for HD hands down. Made in the USA too.
