@ hdmikie. I made the mistake of using my visa to get their one year introductory offer and now find they wont return my emails trying to cancel after the year was up. instead they put another charge for full renewal on my visa again. I have tried to contact them numerous times but they will not acknowledge. might be time to contact visa before I get any more surprises
