Riding Vintage and HDForums Partner to Highlight the History of Harley-Davidson
Starting today, there is a new partnership between Riding Vintage and HDForums. As some of you may recall, I'm the editor of Riding Vintage and now will also be serving as the Vintage Editor for HDForums. I will be bringing you the same quality content that you've enjoyed at Riding Vintage, but will be writing exclusive articles for HDForums.
To get things started, I'll be doing two series of articles which will appear on the front page of this site. The first is called "Harleys at Work" and will explore commercial vehicles made by or with Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The second series is titled "Harleys Built for War" and will cover military models and prototypes.
There will be plenty of other topics covered as well, from product reviews to ride reports and updates from my 1933 Harley-Davidson VL build and cross country ride.
Follow the link to see my first article: Harleys at Work: Power Crew Transport
I look forward to bringing a bit of history to the forum and am always interested to learn more. If you have any old photos and stories you would like to share, please contact me. Maybe that picture of your Grandmother on her Knucklehead will end up on the front page of HDForums!

This is cool. I find the history of Harley, and of motorcycles in general, to be a very broad and interesting topic.
