O2 Sensor mounting problems

O2 Sensor mounting problems
So i Purchased a Supertrapp exhaust and when it was fitted the O2 Sensors on the back wouldn't fit.
So before sending it off i wanted to confirm with them that they would be good for me to send it off.
I explained the problem and sent photos of the issue.
The issue is:
the rear O2 port is off line by about 2-5mm causing the angle to be about about 10 - 20 Degrees. This has caused a problem where the rear of the 02 sensor is lightly touching one of the cooling fins. This will in turn cause it to wear and short.
So I had a mail back saying "could they have the correction distance in Inches as they don't work in millimetres" so I sent back 2mm = 0.07874015748 inches and 5mm = 0.1968503937 inches.. (from an online converter)
I haven't received a response yet as it has to go through the place I bought it first..
I don't know how to convert the 0.00787 inches into a fraction or is the 0.00787 Ok to work with?
