Default 02 Sensor short

So my bike (2012 SG) hasn't been running correctly for the past two days. It had significantly less power and exhaust note sounded conciderably different. I pulled the codes and got the following.

ECM: P0151
Rear 02 Sensor Lean
ECM:P1356
Rear Cylinder No Combustion EFI

I inspected the O2 sensor and realized that the wire had been rubbing against the metal pipe and rubbed/burned off the plastic shield and was shorting against the exhaust. I taped it all back up and reset the codes. The bike still isn't running correctly. I am assuming I need to replace the 02 sensor but wanted peoples opinions before I spend $100 on a new one. Would a short permanently ruin the O2 sensor? I have the Power Vision from Fuel Moto installed.

Okay, so I replaced the O2 sensor. The bike isn't throwing anymore codes. However, it still doesn't seem to be running correctly. Before I caught the short, I had a loud metallic sounding backfire. I have replaced the O2 sensor and the spark plugs. Any thoughts? Could the short have damaged something else on the bike?

Thanks

Use your PV to clear the codes, Then reflash your tune and reset trims. Cross your fingers and fire it up.

I tried that. The backfiring has gone but the bike still isn't running 100%
