Default Diagnostic Codes

Guys, can anyone help with this.
2011 FLHX 96” stock motor, PM air cleaner, MagnaFlow Pro Duals headers, Power Vision w/ stock 12mm oxygen sensors. 38,700 miles.

Bikes running very hot rear cylinder, backfiring, missing up to 3000 RPM.

I pulled these two codes today, under the “P” ECM code;

PO 132 - front oxygen sensor high / engine rich.
PO 154 - rear oxygen sensor inactive.
END
Pn 32933-11

How do I diagnose this? Does this mean the O2 sensors are bad? Should I replace them or should I be looking at something else that would cause this?

And what is Pn 32933-11 ?
That comes up after the last code says END and I press the odometer button to go back to beginning where it starts out; P S SP T B

There are no other codes under the other modules, S SP T only different Pn’s.
Under B it says. NORSP.

Thanks for any help.

sounds like the 02 sensors might be failing. the pn and the end is a part number, not a code, so dont worry on that. check your connections, be sure they are clean and tight at the sensors. then test ride and see if the code re-sets,,,,if it does, swap the sensor positions and see if the codes swap their position. if it does, get new sensors, if not follow the test procedure in the manual.

Check the connections of the O2 sensors, look for backed out pins.
Make sure the exhaust is tight and doesn't have any leaks especially at the heads. If air gets into the exhaust the O2 sensor senses a lean condition and richens the mixture.

Make sure the O2 sensors are tight in the exhaust, that prevents air leaks and the pipe is used for the O2 sensor ground.

A P0154 is set when the rear O2 sensor circuit is open or sensor is too cold to
respond.
May also occur in cases of extreme oil contamination.
