I just talked to the tech at harley Davidson and I was wrong I thought he changed the sensors but he changed out the engine temperature sensor. He said he hooked up the 02 sensors and they checked out ok but the engine temp sensor did no so he replaced it.Thanks
If you get a code indicating rich or lean, the O2 sensors are very likely working correctly but you have an air or fuel issue.
Intake or exhaust leaks, low fuel pressure and injectors plugged can cause lean codes.
The best thing you can do at this time is to get a tuner. The bike will run so much better (unless you're happy with just "runs good") and then you can worry about the small stuff
