Default REmoving ABS systems?

Hey y'all,
I've got an 05 FLHTpi and the ABS is not doing me any good because I put a chrome front wheel on it. Is there a way to remove that whole ABS contraption under my saddle bag?

Also, I put some electrical tape over the ABS dummy light because with the fuse in it flashes all of the time and with the fuse out it just stays on. So I have to remove that bulb or is there an easier way to put that light out?

Thanks

Sounds like a lot of trouble but if they added ---you can always remove it. Glad my Harleys are older.

IIRC, the half the right saddle bag is missing on those FLHP's to make room for the ABS pump. Very bad design.

Sure there's a way to remove your bike's ABS but you're obviously not qualified to do it, so you'd better find a real good Indy, because I doubt that a dealer would do it.

An Indy might not remove it either due to liability reasons.
OP get a good service manual, read how the ABS works and how it is hooked up. Harvest a non-abs system from a salvage FLH and install it.
There are some ABS fans in this forum so expect them to ask you WTF.

Maybe the OP should just scrap the brakes all together and use his feet to stop - clearly his chrome rims are his most important feature - why cover them up with rotors???

Can anyone tell me how to eliminate the extra 40 lbs. from my bike when I fill it with gas?
I don't want to eliminate the gas, just the weight.
