My 12 Heritage has been in about a dozen times for warranty work (mostly all electrical) and the belt broke while it was there last week so that is also being covered. It's still at the dealership, I think I can pick it up Saturday now it has a new belt, but they're waiting for a new voltage reg. Harley of Palm Beach have promised to continue to fix my electrics even after the warranty expires in 2 weeks and are also dealing with the Moco since I've had so many problems.

This isn't for the bike warranty but the dealer (spacecoast HD) replaced the highway peg mounts that pitted within 90 days of purchase so they honored their warranty on the parts. They even installed them and washed the bike! I don't spend much time in HD service departments but from what I observed, they bend over backward for their customers. It seems their biggest PITA are the salesmen not the customers....

They have honored mine on several occasions now. They just completed $1100~ worth yesterday (ruff total didn't put a calculator to it).
Front master cyl ,Rear wheel bearings & neck bearings on another ocasion.
Rear master cyl and voltage regulator on another occasion.
Rear tire/tube/tow etc another time. free no deductible
I'm at least "even" now with three years left.
The only regret i have with the ESP is i wont be able to extend it.
