There are several schools in the Twin Cities area that offera motorcycle building class. Most of the parts are donated or purchased at deeply discounted prices from local bike shops and/or vendors. The bikes are entered in a build off competition and judged at the Donnie Smith Invitational Bike Show in March. The bikes are then sold or auctioned to raise funds to support the program. Most of the bikes inhave been hardtail bobber style. Very cool program.

Like you said - why didn't they have a class like that when I was in school ?
