J&P has always played above board with me. Any mistakes have been rectified with no cost to me. Tire prices vary, sometimes they are the cheapest one.

Used a local indy for tires. Have orders from J&P in the past, without issues. But Caveat emptor

Gold Club saves me money.
Just bought some Goldridge brake lines and Goldridge brake pads.
Got $30 off w/Gold Club on a $300 purchase.
What's wrong with that?
That savings has surpassed what my membership cost.
Dennis Kirk didn't have what I wanted.

Just about all of my 13 bikes has something from J&P over the last decade. They always send a postage paid return label with any item that I ever ordered. No need to call for a return authorization number.

My experience with them is that they are one of the best online vendors going with customer service.

I have never paid full price for anything. Just learn their system and get product at ten to twenty five percent off with free shipping. Knowledge is a wonderful thing.

I suspect that the OP clicked twice on his selection. Any order that I have even made had the opportunity to review prior to confirming the order. The OP made a mistake not J&P. J&P will have a return label on the tires and the OP will be able to ship back without cost. J&P will refund the purchase amount. There is absolutely no need to bad mouth them before the process is complete. They absolutely filled the order that they received correctly.

Didn't the OP make a copy as most do when they order on line? The copy would have shown him his dumb *** mistake. Just as the invoice will show when he receives the two tires.

Maybe you was in a hurry??.. I just checked their site,, when You put something in the cart it clearly shows up in there and it gives you a total price at the bottom of the page and what was ordered.

Thinking you didn't look to see what was in your cart before proceeding to the payment page..
Anyway hope it all gets taken care of.

I do agree with the statement of only ordering by Phone.. I Prefer to do business that way also..

I've never had any problem ordering anything from JP Cycles. Never. And, the one time I ordered the wrong item (because I screwed up), I shipped it back and got a refund.

I spent over 4k with J&P over the last 2 months. The only things that I got that I didn't like were V&H fuel and Throttle Paks. they will end up on ebay along with a bunch of other parts in my shop over the next couple of months. There wasn't one thing I bought that I could get cheaper at Denise Kirk. There were a few thing that I wanted that Kirk had that J&P didn't but they can wait.

No problems with them myself, have been a customer for 20 years or so. I save enough to make it well worth the G.C. price. They're not always the cheapest but they are usually in the same ballpark, I do order elsewhere if it is a big difference. My order always shows the items in my cart, total cost, shipping charges, and I confirm order so I think someone wasn't paying attention...
