Default Gauges

Can someone tell me if the silver faced gauges on a 2012 Roadglide will work on a 2009 Ultra classic? Thanks in advance

yes, no problem. If you take the new speedometer and your bike to a dealer, they will take the mileage on your original speedo and your VIN, and will ship it to the factory where your bikes true mileage will be programmed into the "new-to-you" speedo. It'll ~2-3 weeks to get it back. The "new" speedo will come back with a paper label on the back stating that this work has been done. Can't remember the actual verbage...something like "not actual mileage; or "this instrument has been re-programmed", os something similar. Totally not visible once installed.
