update 1.18.3

Hi.
I'm new to updating my SGS.
I've tried to download the new 1.18.3
I was having trouble I thought with downloading to my flash drive. My boom system didn't recognize it when I plugged it into bike.So I had the dealer download to my flash drive.
My boom audio sys. Still won't recognize anything when I plug it in.
any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
