Default Anyone have experience with the K&L MC 455 lift?

I need something sturdy that doesn't take up too much room when not in use. I would prefer the J&S lift, but don't have the room for it. I have a large shed (no garage) and can't store the bike on it do to lack of room.

The primary use of the jack will be for changing the transmission fluid on my 1200C, the occasional cleaning and one time (I hope) installation of a set of saddlebags.

Here is a link to the lift -- http://www.klsupply.com/JACKSANDSTAN...55FATJACK.aspx

Edited to add: Upon further review of the associated video and the service manual it appears there could be an issue with accessing the transmission drain plug while on the lift. Anyone have first-hand experience with this?

Thoughts and recommendations welcome.

thanks,

Doug

This lift is designed to only lift a part of the bike up. It isn't stable enough for a hole bikes because it isn't wide enough.
They are great to lift the front or rear tire up though and trikes,Smallest jack I would use is this:

Thanks for the idea. I'm leaning toward the K&L type jack as it is compact and will raise the entire bike.

Appreciate you taking the time to respond.
