Default Needing help 1996 flhtcu-i

I have a 1996 flhtcu-i with the mmefi and I need more power on highway and now it's just reving up for no reason at red lights any help will be appreciated thanks in advance

Could be air leaking g in to intake manifold

I checked no leaks but I'm starting to hear more air coming out of a tube coming out of the back of my breather which I assume is a crankcase breather
