Default 2016 Road King Clutch & ABS Brake Line

I recently ordered the LA Choppers kit that is "headache" free but it's been nothing short of a migraine due to it coming with a hydraulic clutch car where my Road King does not [LA-8053KT2-19M].

I'm installing 18" LA Choppers Ape Hangers [LA-7310-18B] and time is of the essence of completing the job. I need to find a clutch cable and the upper abs brake line from the master cylinder at a local shop but don't have access to string measure the lengths I need. My Road King is currently on the lift at my friend's shop and we don't have long enough cables in the inventory to use.

Online I'm seeing 16" bars being installed with +8 so I was guesstimating that +10 would do the job. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
