I purchased a lowes stainless top and bottom box 13 years ago. It has been loaded to the gills and travelled 850 miles with the moving van. Never had an issue to date.

The HF ones I think US General are very decent and have good reviews...I have 2 Homak , a small red set up and a huge black 5’ tall x 3’ wide I won through work years ago plus I have 2 medical drug carts I got from work...when the useful life was up for customers.

For shiots and giggles try Craigslist.....Buddy of mine picked up a beautiful box full of tools for a GREAT price from a retiring mechanic...Got nothing to loose but a few minutes of time to check....
