Default Do I need and tuner

I have slip ons . If I remove the cat do I need a tuner?
Or if I remove the cat and add high flow air cleaner do I need a tuner?
2015 ultra limited

This has been answered about a thousands times on here. Yes you will need a tuner if you make those adjustments to your bike. Make that a thousand and one.

I would get a tuner anyways, mods or not. Every single engine breathes differently and your engine can run much better when tuned correctly. I would choose a tuner over bling items every time.

Tuner = Power Vision. Recommend contacting Fuelmoto for a complete stage 1 setup.

V&H FP3 tuner is also a good one if your not doing major mods.
