I have a 2014 Ultra Limited with premium Boom Box Infotainment 6.5. The Information button on the right hand grip always worked to display the ambient temp and oil pressure regardless if the Boom Box system was on or off. I always keep up to date on the updates and have installed V1.21.2.1 released 8/7/2017. I now noticed that when the Boom Box is turned off, the Information button no longer works, only when its turned on does the "I" button function. Maybe its me but I swear, it used to work all the time, not just when the Boom Box was turned on. Thanks for any help on this.

Don't you think it makes more sense to be able to display vehicle status when the Boom system is off? Do you think its a bug or an intentional change?

 

go back one update. this is why i havn't updated to the lastest version.

 

I guess my question then becomes, how do I contact HD to raise my issue and see if they intend to fix it in some future release or was it done for a reason.
