Default Annoyed, need help with ECU

Hi guys,
well heres my story, im kinda annoyed at the whole situation.

bought a 2015 flhtk with v&h headers and 3" fishtail mufflers, swapped them for rinehart slimlines and 4" mufflers. At the time of purchase, i bought a vance and hines fp3 off some dude on letgo who claimed it was new only to wait 2 weeks to receive it and find out it had already been married to another bike so it was pretty much useless. Im still working with paypal to get my money back on that. In the meantime, i dished out another $399 for a brand new fp3, waited 1 week for delivery and got it today, i went to flash my bike and it didnt want to install the maps my bike. After numerous attempts i called vance and hines tech support who did some basic troubleshooting to tell me thst the previous owner had already flashed my bike with some tuner that locks all other tuners out. Hes suggesting i bring the bike to a dealership and have them reset the ecu to factory default, that should let me use my fp3. I assume the reset will cost me another few hundred....

Anyone know of a way around this? Or any other suggestions?

thanks.

If it was tuned with a TTS, the dealer cannot reset it. Only TTS can do that. If not TTS, its a free download from HD but the dealer will likely charge anywhere from .5 to an hour labor to put stock tune back in.

Try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes, should clear anything that shouldn't be there.

Not clear the map but should then allow you to load a new map. no guarantee but it is worth a shot.

So, I went to the dealership, they couldnt flash the ECM either.
Here is what my FP3 is currently showing, does anyone know by these numbers what kind of tuner was used to flash and lock my ECM?

Can't you ask the guy you bought the bike from?

I can't even begin to understand the logic here. All you did was make the guy unhook his battery for nothing - if you don't understand the system, why offer repair advice?
