Angry Engine Vibration after new drive Belt - 93 FLHTCU

I put in a new clutch pack, and changed the final drive belt on my 1993 FLHTCU at 93,000 miles. Now I seem to be getting more engine vibration than before. Every bolt was locktight'd and torqued to spec, so I don't think anything is loose. Front engine mount is relatively new - less than 15k miles, and seems to be ok. Top link is tight as well. Any ideas where else to look?

Check the primary chain tension, the drive belt tension and rear wheel alignment, the clutch pack, and transmission output bearing.

Any/all of these can cause vibrations.
