Hello everyone,
I have a 2001 roadking that I am doing some maintenance on. I need to find a way to take out the safety bolt that I have no socket/key for. Please see picture and give me suggestions.
previous owner does not have the tool either.
thank you

Looks aftermarket I assume? If you can’t find the company that made it you could try and take some clay, form it into the area and then take the impression to a machinist and have a tool made up.

I'd drill a hole in the center of it and drive a torx bit into it. Then see if it would unscrew. Replace with a socket cap bolt.

Drill a hole in it and use an easy out, shouldn't be that hard. Then replace with another bolt.

Sure looks like a properly sized flat blade will fit between the 9 and 12 o'clock position. Might be just enough to get it out.

There are tamper-proof tools or bits made for these things....you should be able to find some at an industrial fastener store of on line.
